Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find important details about our shipping process to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide reliable and timely delivery. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Salt City Signs, our exclusive P2 print store vendor located in Syracuse, NY. 

Processing/Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after credit card payment is processed, and 3-5 business days after Purchase Order is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs have been included in the price of each item. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. However, we are happy to assist with inquiries when needed. We ask that you allow at least 2 weeks shipping time before reaching out to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at printstore@posproject.org within 10 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the matter.
